In this game, players have to wear a mouthguard while attempting to say some words. The crux of it is that one player must attempt to read certain nonsensical phrases whilst wearing a mouth piece, and their team mates have to guess what they're trying to say. The game works like this: the player puts a mouthpiece in that prevents them from closing their mouths, and is then required to say a phrase drawn from a deck of cards. Speak Out encourages people to try to say different phrases while wearing a mouthpiece and makes the words difficult to pronounce even for people without dentures.

Unfortunately for this grandma the mouthpiece caused her dentures to easily slip out of her mouth and onto the table, resulting in a spectacular family reaction.
